Forums - Microsoft - Forza 6 to finally add weather and nighttime racing. Also "1080px"? Oh, and first screens.

Full damage... Yeah. Like any computer could simulate all cases of deformation using points of contact, angle, speed, all diferent geometries and on top of that simulate how much that would affect handling... And in real time... Too much BS.

Well that is nothing new anyway since they had damage since the first Forza game the only thing that is new is the weather but like I said before the return of Porsche is and will be a bigger deal (will add more sales).

The track count could have been better 26 is only nine more then the final track count of 17 in FM5. I'm sure that all the tracks from the first game will be back the article already mentions two of the new tracks Daytona (more then likely the Daytona Motor Speedway) and Rio (more then likely a updated version of the Rio fantasy track from the first game) that only leaves seven unannounced tracks so rally racing is probably out hoping that least one or two are point to point tracks also hoping that most of the Japanese tracks from previous games will be back. There is a pretty good chance that three of the other seven unknown tracks are Monza, Pacific Raceways and Circuit of the Americas.

Probably will still have me pulling my hair and get bored in a week. This news doesn't really appeal to me. Horizon 2 can probably keep me occupied till Horizon 3 comes out. Best racing game ever made.... Only reason why I would even play a main Forza game is probably to get points on the Forza Hub and achievements.

Xbone... the new "N" word   Apparently I troll MS now | Evidence | Evidence

I've never really been interested in the mainline Forza games, but any additions are good news to me cause they will probably also come to the Hoizon games.

Horizon 2 already has night and weather racing I doubt that they will race cars (open wheel, GT, LMP) to Horizon 3 they could add more proper rally cars though since I'm sure off road and cross country racing will still be a feature.

Well everything in that leak sounds good they just need to make the return of Porsche official at E3 and FM6 will be a lot better then I thought it would be. Going to enjoy the Porsche expansion pack in Horizon 2 also but more excited for it to be back in FM6 since Porsche has just as many good and great racing cars as street cars even though they where never that successful in open wheel racing since they only one one F1 race in their entire history. They where actually pretty successful in off road racing since their only major effort in that field the Porsche 953 won the Paris Dakar Rally in 1984. As far as LMP and GT racing goes Porsche is one of the best brands in both fields.

Forza has never had weather and night racing? What the hell?

The first Forza had night racing.  Horizon 1 and 2 have a day night cycle plus Horizon 2 also has weather (X1 version only).

Then what's the big deal with this game getting it? I'm confused lol

Sounds better than Forza 5 although 26 locations is still a bit low, especially if that includes the test tracks and fantasy courses. Project cars has 31 locations and that already gets repetitive. At least it has a bunch I didn't know yet.

I'll decide after the full track list gets published. Weather and time of day are very much appreciated, waited long enough for that. I won't expect it to look as good as DC but hoping for better effects than project cars, should be possible with less cars on track.

Well it will also have over 450 cars and more then likely also have Porsche at launch so I highly doubt it will get repetitve as fast as Project Cars if all the tracks from 5 return it will already have more then two layouts that are missing in Project CARS the slighly extented version of Road America and the two shorter layouts and the classis layout of LeMans without the two speed lowering corners on the Mulsanne straight.
