Well that's not really the same situation is it? Fallout can and will still be at Bethesdas conference, but isn't this IGN thing after SE' press conference meaning that they not show it there at all?

Edit: Doesn't seem like there's a date given for this IGN event so it could still appear at both after all.

Hitman would be my guess...it's been long enough for it to be the logical choice now. It's unlikely to be another JRPG and/or a new IP at any rate; Hitman seems like the kind of thing you could announce with IGN during E3 like this.
