I was watching the FFXV sales situation myself through Amazon and during it's first week it sold out of stock twice for a little over 24 hours before it was back in stock as well as you pointed out about the stock on the Microsoft Store and I've never seen it instock on there yet since launch, Whether it means good sales on X1 for FFXV or under estimated/shipped is another question but selling through its stock is definitely a good sign.
Out of all Sega's IP's Yakuza should really release on X1 it should sell quite well imo and appeal to quite a wide audience.

Yeah, it's hard to say rather FFXV's stock issues are due to high demand, poor stock, or a mixture of the two. But, even if it is poor stock, that means that XB1 sales are beating Square's expectations, which can only be a good thing in the long run imo. If FFXV on XB1 is exceeding Square's expectations, they might just reconsider the PS4 exclusivty for KH 1.5, 2.5 and 2.8 and FF12 HD, and they might consider FF7 Remake for XB1 (we already know it's a timed exclusive).
I agree, Yakuza probably has the most western appeal of Sega's current Japanese franchises (other than Sonic of course). Yakuza is fairly similar to Sleeping Dogs, which sold well on Xbox.

Yea there really isnt any reason for the KH remasters and FF12 remaster not to be on the X1 since hey won't be pushing the hardware to the max so there will be no need to reduced the specs for X1 and would be close to a straight up port and and I think FF7 remake is already planned for it just not announced due to timed exclusivity deal, 2017 could be the year that either makes the Xbox's Japanese support or completely shuts it off.
Also all the games you mentioned should have a good appeal towards the western/Xbox audience in general and apart from Persona they are not very animefied (That a word? lol) which I supose can discourage the masses who have no intrest in the anime style/culture of games.
Didn't sega actually tease something about PC announcments next year recently, As I said in a previous post I do wonder if the Xbox is becoming a more viable platform for them due to the UWP since they are porting to PC anyway might as well drop a X1 version, I think we will definitely see Persona, Yakuza and Valkyria revolution on PC next year and hopefully more games come the way of the X1 also.
