Im probably going to buy FFXV this holiday instead of waiting. I was going to wait because of Skyrim SE but its going to be $30 so i can get FFXV.

I'm usually playing scout with double health, shoutgun damage and fabricator deposit bonus equipped. Shotgun damage isn't even that useful in higher waves I think so maybe I should think of something else. Swarm drones with lancer are the worst when picking up energy, they sneak up behind you and when you hear the chainsaw it's game over 😁

I really think the Pro has arrived to early and delayed the real start to a next Gen Xbox/PS5 by a couple of years and as much as it will look good in the short term I feel it will be out dated real fast leaving gamers wanting actual 4K content but to be stuck with dynamic resolutions and upscaling of lower resolutions much like the sub 1080p upscaling we have now on the X1/PS4.

I hope the UWP dev kits that MS are using are as good as they make them sound basically do the majority of the work for Square when the Scorpio is released so they can release an upgraded version or in theory just port the PS4 Pro version over since the Scorpio would be higher in specs so should suffice.

I've been seeing people trying to be some sort of combat engineer. They will set up their own little fort and build one turret for themselves. Then only maintain their own stuff. Its pretty sad to see. Engineer was meant to be a support class. Not a build your own bunker class. Even worse is the Rambo soldiers. They go blazing in like they own the place when they are fragile. I always end up having to compete against them when I play my scout. I ended up maxing out my deposit bonus and range for grabbing power. Otherwise they try to take power they have no business grabbing. Next thing I know they're grabbing Overkills and are trying to shotgun them in the face like they're a scout.

But then again I also see them grab Salvos like they are my heavy when they see what I'm doing. Soldier is a solid class but people aren't playing it right.

Soldier with plant 8 grenades and extra grenade damage is good for clearing out spawns - people just whinge you're alway picking up the ammo boxes.

Tried the explosive headshot on sniper for the first time and took out a wave of juvies with one headshot - took out 10 with one shot

I've been down on Xbox One since the disastrous reveal.

But the last few months, MS has been killing it. GWG has been better than PS+, backward compatibility is a real gift to 360 game owners, and exclusives likes Gears are fantastic. I think Microsoft may have turned a page here. The future looks bright :D

Not yet, but it looks bloody amazing. I need to start that series. I have the original Horizon downloaded so I'll start with that :)

Scorpio's not really my jam. I am going to upgrade to an S, but that's more about increasing my storage space.

I agree with you on Xbox One and how it's progressed into something great and at the reveal and start of the gen I never saw me ever buying it with the disaster reveal and forced Kinect just made me laugh and buy a PS4 instead but it was early 2015 that I considered purchasing an Xbox again when I realised I was more interested in the E3 showing of Xbox than Sony even though I never owned a Xbox One and it became apparent that I need to purchase one. Since then it's slowly became a contender to be my lead platform and I love the UI and features Xbox has with the hub and stats it tracks from friends yet so simple but are great to see. Oh and it has Sunset Overdrive :P

Also I just got into my first Forza game after seeing the great reception of FH3 and the original FH on the 360 held up great even after 4 years on the previous gen so I got a feeling FH3 wil blow me away :)
