Homefront is great! You can play Timesplitters 2 Story mode as easter egg.

BTW I recommend subnautica, if possible give it a try.

Like stupid story or gameplay or a mixture of both?

Stupid story. North Korea being portrayed as capable of taking on the US and winning. Come on writers, surely you can do better than that. It's as unbelievable as the story of CoD Ghosts.

Lol sounds like a great story :P

I dind't play the game but reading about the fictional timeline before the game starts, it doesn't sound that bad of an explanation. USA could get down with some huge crisis especially if oil price would increase that much and if there would start riots all over the country.

maybe only too early, if they would have explained that happpening some years later it would make more sense.

But a unified Korea (well, ok)  taking over a strongly economical weakened Japan after USA taking their military away to reduce costs and stuff like that doesn't sound too bad.

I mean, it's still fictional after all. Nobody complains about Mad Max and how that world collapsed.

Played some subnautica on xone, the Framerate can be horrible at moments but it is a preview game and the devs are already working on a fix. Can't stretch enough that people should try atleast the one hour free preview. Best start with survival (only health/oxygen needs to be replenished) the hardcore and +Need food/water option are best ignored if you just want to play it for a hour. It's also 20 bucks so not that expensive :).

I just downloaded Blood & Wine expansion for Witcher 3. Can't wait to finally play it! I haven't had time to play much X1 lately but I think I have time to finish the final act of Witcher 2 before B&W releases. Even though it's worse that Witcher 3 in about every aspect (excluding the story) it's still a great game.

Oh I also pre-ordered that new Sherlock Holmes game. I did try Overwatch beta and it was fun but it seemed like something you want to play with a party so I went with good old Holmes.

Very much looking forward to Dishonored 2, first one was great. Plus Square isn't making any good Thief games so....Dishonored is the best I got lol

So about 2 years ago I lent out my mass effect series but I never got it back. I really want to replay them but I'm not sure if I should rebuy them or just wait for them to show up on games with gold or ea access. Also for mass effect 1 does anyone know if the dlc is also backwards compatible?

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Oh well I bite and got subnautica on xone =p.

Update on the FCC Filings for the new Xbox One's by the guy who found them

Both FCC filings I found seem(!) to be both for an Xbox One revision each and both coming out this year. Probably one slim and one even slimmer. One is marked "premium" in part names. Power button is now an analog one and the controller bind button is on the front (on the premium SKU at least). Premium one doesn't seem to be that much smaller.

New more powerful Xbox still coming next year. (which could also be the premium model but why have it tested already by the FCC when it comes out next year? That's why I think we will get two new Xbox One SKUs)

Oh btw. Tüv just tested a built-in power-supply for Microsoft.

Doesn't mean it's for an Xbox but it's possible.

One smaller than the other, sounds like a disc drive XB1 Slim and a discless XB1 Slim to me. Also sounds like the goal is to cut costs as much as possible, digital power button replaced by analog, cheaper external wireless adapter. It seems that Microsoft's goal is to make XB1 as cheap as possible in order to appeal to budget oriented consumers, instead of trying to fight Sony at the high end with an XB1.5 vs PS4K Neo scenario. I think MS is aiming for $250 with a disc drive, maybe $220 for the digital only model.

I think the new Xbox next year isn't Xbox 1.5, but Xbox 4, the start of a new gen. Sony will basically be locked into PS4K Neo for a few years or else they'll piss off their customers, so MS has an opportunity to release early and build up a 9th gen lead. And if they make Xbox 4 upgradeable, people can just upgrade it when PS5 releases to ensure game parity.

Pretty much what I expect, We have spoke about it in here a few times before and we seem to have the same opinions/expectations on that :)

Personally I wouldn't mind uhgradeing my Xbox or PS4 to an upgraded console this year but for the general consumers its a bad move ro be releasing a upgraded console this year probably at a $399+ price tag.

Arkane/Bethesda even got the original voice of Garrett from Thief to voice Corvo in Dishonored 2. They know how to take advantage of Square's mistakes it seems.

Ohh, low blow. I love it lol
