Asobo Studio is rumored and they are AAA having 140 plus as of 2018 with the possibility of expanding.

I've been playing AC Odyssey through the chrome stream thing and for a streaming service it's pretty good. Has me excited for the Microsoft streaming service.

Rodneybouch now hinting that Crytek is a possible acquisition for MS, I would welcome it since they are AAA and are in Financial trouble but the leadership of that team would need to change.

So now the most likely pool of devs are

1. Hazelight
2.Armature
3.Asobo
4.Crytek

Hopefully the Yerli brothers step down if MS buys Crytek, I imagine that they would shut down Crytek Instanbul I don't think that they have done anything as of yet besides maybe support and Just keep Frankurt (Hunt:Showdown, VR Games) and Kiev (Warface).
