I was reading the reviews of employees/former employees for 343 on Glassdoor. I read 5-8 from late 2016-early 2017. Mostly good besides they say the suits have too much control(to be expected honestly). But what I don't like hearing is that 343 is behind tech wise. 3 or 4 reviews on there mention them being lagging in that department. That basically tells me they just went with the same engine as halo 5's. Was hopping for some some stunning graphics, and huge sandbox's.



Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

I just noticed the most recent game to get a Pegi rating on their site was Turok - Xbox One, Wonder if there is a remaster due out or something.

Hopefully if Halo 6 is 2019 they will spend a good portion of time vastly improving their engine and of course, doubling down on the story, I don't expect them to make a completely new engine from the ground up since I think that would take more time and they wouldn't want to take that risk...

I still don't buy  into halo 6 being 2019. 343 put out halo 5 on a new console in 3 years. They started development with 200ish people and finished with 300ish. They completely revamped gameplay and added an ambitious mode (warzone). For halo 6 I know they have lost people but they have been 300-350 strong the entire development. They r almost certainly using a refined halo 5 engine as well. also pushing 6 to 2019 would also delay gears 5 a year.

 

only way that halo 6 is 2019 is if they are doing a destiny like campaign or pubg like warzone, which I would be all for. But if this is the case they might as well delay it 1 more year and put it on the next Xbox in 2020.

You release a new console SKU that needs the adapter and in the same holiday season, remaster and re-release Kinect games (Where Kinect is now optional).

I plan on buying an Xbox One X in March and need that adapter for my Kinect.
I also try to find Kinect Sports for cheap. Now I have to either keep my old Xbox One to play it or buy an expensive adapter from a scalper.

Some of this isn't surprising and as he says, It could just be prototypes which never got any further than that also he isn't verified, his only word is that he's leaked stuff in the past but that is believable considering multiple similar leaks have happened because of Microsoft uploading stuff to their API on websites, such as when they leaked their entire E3 and how ReCore/Dead Rising 4 were leaked.

Fable - This isn't surprising, It's been as good as leaked already with all the rumours around Playground's RPG and the comment that the Lightbulb Games employee made, It will obviously be years away though so I can't see them revealing it as this E3.

Perfect Dark - Hmm, I would say this isn't surprising considering we have already heard from former Darkside employees that Microsoft was pitching Perfect Dark years ago, what would be surprising is The Coalition helping out on it, since that would be a change from how Microsoft's main studios operate.

Crackdown - Easy prediction.

Forza Horizon 4: Japan - I'd say this is an easy prediction considering Japan is highly demanded for Horizon, I imagine Playground would be fine with doing it.

AoE - Easy prediction.

Halo 6 - This must be either Warzone 2.0 or a PUBG style mode? Reasonable bets.

MechAssault? - This is the only surprising one Imo.

??? - I don't have a clue what that one means? I guess it could be a new IP?

I would like to see all those.
