Meanwhile, I am here, waiting for SCVI... And I noticed that Noct is getting coverage other FF characters weren't, which is nice... And they also apparently decided using Siegfried's moveset as a template for Nocto was a good idea... 

That said, how in the world are they explaining this away? Inside most games, there's this implication the story is very closed off. Unless they go the DOA route, which was terrible, I don't see how they will make Tekken characters show up in Eos...

Yes, it's a big success! I regularly check Steamspy to see when it'll reach one million.

I wish we knew how much it sold on Xbox, though...

Well, when they announced 1m sold overall more than a month ago, Steam Spy had it at 600k as I recall. Taking into account the fact that GoG only has about 10% marketshare on PC, that would put XB1/W10 at about 350k at that time, should be around 500k by now. 

You're probably right. Might even be a bit higher since Cuphead is still either number 1 or 2 at the Top Paid Games since it released. Considering the difference in install base between Xbox and Steam that's pretty good.

Damn, I had a debate with Jason? That Cuphead wouldn't be bigger than Ori.....It's catching up on Steam...Kind of, 950k vs 1.2m (1.8m if we include the DE)

I don't think you can add up both standard and Definitive Edition Ori  to get the 1.8m as if you buy the definitive edition you get a copy of the standard edition with it so I'd say the 1.2m sales is the most accurate to what it's actually sold on Steam. I guess you could say 1.3-1.4m if you count the people who already owned it and upgraded to a DE copy.

Yeah Ori > Cuphead and it isn't even a contest. Cuphead is super fun played co-op but I just don't feel like playing it alone. I end up playing Super Lucky's Tale instead, it's much more enjoyable even though I'd give Cuphead higher review scores. Go figure.
