PS4
- Killstrain (F2P action game, would try it out on PS+, gameplay videos are meh)
- Alienation (IIRC this is the overhead stick shooter akin to one of the throwaway zombie modes in Call of Duty. Another one I would try on PS+, would not buy because gameplay seems pretty standard)
- Fat Princess Adventures (I like strategy titles but got the first game free on PS3 and did not enjoy it. Might buy if it got stellar reviews, but not on my radar in the slightest)
- The Tomorrow Children (This one looks like a shitty Minecraft clone set in Russia)
- Until Dawn (This one will be a great Redbox rental. Not something I would ever pay for)
- The Order: 1886 (One of the worst "games" I have ever played)
- Bloodborne (Great game)
- Brawl (This game is out and I have never heard of it. Doing a quick MC glance, no wonder. Looks like a shitty Bomberman clone)
- Omega Quintet (Another I have never heard of, and its meta is in the 50's lol)
- Hot Shots Golf (These are solid, well made titles. But I don't care for golf much, let alone fake golf)
- N++ (I bought the first one on 360. A solid game, but I would rather rebuy and finish Super Meat Boy or continue playing Super TIME Force than buy the sequel)
- VisionEck (Uh, no. I mean, no offense, but the game looks horrifically bad)
- Guns Up! (The type of game I would pay a couple bucks for on my phone to play while I am bored at work or taking a dump. Not something I would put money down on to play on a console lol. Would be a decent PS+ title)
- Deep Down (Isn't this the free to play Crapcom action RPG? I remember the gameplay and premise being interesting. A shame it's from that publisher and uses that F2P set up though)
- Trans-Galactic Tounament (I enjoy MOBAs very much. This one has style that just doesn't mesh with me though. Looks and sounds as if it's designed for kids)
- Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance (I don't do JRPG's, never played a Disgaea game before)
- Rime (Wasn't a Deadlight fan. There's no combat in this game, it's all "interaction" to in my dictionary means zzzzzzz)
- Dragon Quest Heroes (Nope)
- Hell Divers (This game is out already, yes? Sounds familar. IIRC it's another over head stick shooter type game but with 4 player co-op. I would gladly play on PS+, not something I'd spend monies on)
- MLB '15 (Haven't been a fan of baseball games since EA was barred from making them. The Show titles are consistently buggy and borderline unplayable online)
- J-Stars Victory VS (Nope)
- Amplitude (Enjoyed the game on PS2, but not enough that I would buy another one)
- Godzilla: The Game (The only thing I know about this game is I remember graphically it looks like something my old SIII would be able to run. I loved War of the Monsters, but this looks like a shitty and a lot slower type of action game)
- Kodoku (Nope)
- Pavilion (The type of game I would check out on PS+)
- Persona 5 (Nope)
- Super Exploding Zoo (If this were a free game on the Google Play Store I'd maybe check it out)
- Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment Director's Cut (Nope)
- Sword Art Online: Lost Song (Nope)
- BigFest (I enjoy games like Game Dev Story and other sims. A musical festival sim is not my cup of tea, though. Another title that if it were a free Android game I would check out for a week or so and then delete)
- Samurai Warriors 4-II (Never been a SW fan)
- Bombshell (Uh, there was a gameplay trailer last month IIRC and it said it was coming to both consoles and the PC as well. So I don't think it belongs on this list. It also looks extremely generic)
- Broforce (Meh, early access impressions were not that good imho)
- One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 (Nope)
- The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (Been out on PC for months)
- Ironclad Tactics (Shitty card game)
- Apotheon (Played it free on PS+, it sucks imho)
- Q*Bert Rebooted (Nope)
- OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood (Nope)
- Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number (Good game)
- Axiom Verge (Looks like Metroid)
- Titan Souls (Nope)
- Broken Age: The Complete Adventure (Not my cup of tea)
- Nom Nom Galaxy (Nope, I already own Minecraft and Terraria)
- Toren (Nope)
- Tabletop Simulator (Nope)
- Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence (Nope)
- Chasm (Looks like it would be a decent PS+ game)
- Darkest Dungeon (Gameplay looks meh imho)
- Day of the Tentacle: Special Edition (Nope)
- Distance (Pass, looks like a generic racer with some crap about exploration thrown in)
- Dragon Fin Soup (Looks boring as hell)
- Drifter (Doesn't look interesting)
- Ether One (Downloaded this on PS+, never even bothered to load it up)
- Galak-Z: The Dimensional (Nope)
- Guns of Icarus Online (Appears to be a shitty online FPS)
- H-Hour: World's Elite (SOCOM is imho Sony's best ever franchise, so I was very interested in this. Gameplay videos have looked AWFUL though, and once David Sears left, I was out)
- Jamestown+ (Another over head shooter, meh)
- Killing Floor 2 (First one wasn't very good, would have to have some amazing gameplay footage and price for me to bite. Also, this is going to come to Xbox One)
- Not a Hero (Good game, I have it on PC)
- Project Phoenix (The RTS elements have me interested, the JRPG influences make me say pass. Might try on my phone)
- Relativity (Another puzzle game)
- Rocket League (Nope, got IDARB)
- Samurai Gunn (Nope)
- Skulls of the Shogun: Bone-A-Fide Edition (A good game, and free on PS+ right now)
- SOMA (Gameplay trailer from a couple days ago did nothing for me)
- The Forest (Interested when I saw the reveal trailer, but never seen anything else about it. Will depend on price and reviews)
- The Hum: Abudctions (Would rent if its decent, like Until Dawn)
- The Talos Principle (Not a big fan of puzzle games)
- Volume(Nope)
- Enter the Gungeon (I'm in on this, depending on price. $10 or bust)
- Dungeon Defenders 2 (Nope)
- Orcs Must Die! Unchained (Had my fill of this franchise already)
- Dragon's Dogma Online (Nope)
- EverQuest Next (Nope)
- Kingdon Under Fire II (Nope)
- PlanetSide 2 (When I build a new PC, thats where I will play this game)
- Hellblade (If it ends up being any good, I would Gamefly it maybe)
- Hallowpoint (Looks like a generic and cheap mobile action game)
- Gang Beasts (Pass, my Xbone is used for party games)
- The Witness (Not going to support JB)
- No Man's Sky (Interested, but not something I am going to blindly buy)
- Grim Fandango Remastered (Interested, but depends highly on price)
- Super Stardust Ultra (Not my type of game)
- Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster (I could have swore this game was already HD remastered last gen. Anyway, 9 is the last FF I bothered to play)
- God of War III Remastered (Already beat once, not the type of game you need to play again, and especially not at that price)
- Final Fantasy VII (lol?)
- Journey (Not a fan of journey)
- Hustle Kings (Nope)
- Tearaway Unfolded (Not a fan of Tearaway)
- Everybody's Gone to the Rapture (I am hoping this game is good. It might be a day one purchase from me if its gets better reception than its predecessor)
X1
- Halo 5: Guardians (Day one purchase, it's Halo)
- Forza 6 (Day one purchase depending on content shenanigans)
- Funk of Titans (Never heard of it)
- Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 (I've been wanting a new Kinect game for awhile but I can't justify buying these games I can play for free on PC or my phone)
- Slice Zombies for Kinect (This game I have seen in the store and it looks like crap)
- Azito x Tatsunoko Legends (Nope)
- Natsuki Chronicle (Nope)
- Nero (Seen this in the store, pass)
- Raiden (Nope)
- Shooting Love Triology (Never heard of this)
- Screamride (Great game. Waiting on a good sale)

- Pneuma: Breath of Life (Nope)
- Bedlam (Never heard of it)
- Ori and the Blind Forest (Amazing game, bought it day one)
- IDARB (Great game, got it free in GwG)

- Superhot (Never heard of it)
- Rise of the Tomb Raider (Day one, the original was awesome)
- Inside (Interested, depends on price and reviews)
- Elite: Dangerous (Interested. Coming to PS4 too though, no?)
- Magic Duels: Origins (Nope)
- State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition (Amazing game. Tons and tons of content)

So I went ahead and gave some thought to every game on both lists. By the way, your Xbox One list is missing Massive Chalice, and SMITE. Chalice is pretty good so far, and I love SMITE. Also, idk if its 2015 still or not, but Below is a day one purchase for me on Xbone as well.
As others have said, the "problem" for PS4 is quantity over quality. It might dwarf the Xbone in terms of sheer numbers, but a vast majority of those games are, quite frankly, games I would never bother with outside of PS+ downloads. So on PS4 I have 1 game I know is good, a couple I already own on PC, a few maybes, and 6-7 titles I would only bother with if they were on PS+. The rest might as well not even exist. On Xbone I have 6 released so far that I know are good, 2 guaranteed day one retail games, a third highly probable in Forza 6, I have 4 wait and sees. There are a couple I would try out only on GwG, and the rest can fuck off.
So I guess the translation would be 6 for PS4, 11 for Xbone, counting the two games I included that were not on your list besides Below. But most of those PS4's are indies and are maybes. There is one retail title IIRC, Bloodborne.
