I was thinking that ssb would be great for a handheld. The question is would you buy it ? I definately would. The fun of ssb on the go. When using a final smash you could have to do ds strokes on the screen similar to mario basketball 3 vs 3. I would love this game. Nintendo needs to read this thread. 

It would depend on what the controls would be like in the game.

Only problem is that there arn't enough buttons for all the controls.

Considering how big SSBB is (using double layer disc), I don't know if DS's cartridge can hold it. They will probably have to cut out the music and subspace emissary.

I think the real question is... who will MAKE the game.

It would probably be pretty different that the other SSBs.......I mean how much can you fit on those cartridges????

It was on the nintendo 64, for its not too far fetched for it to be on the DS

 Um the nintendo 64 held less space than the ds cartridges.

Everybody i'm not talking about a remake of ssb or ssbb I mean a new one. It would have good controls and when using a smash attack you would do gestures on the screen. If you do it correctly you get to use the smash if incorrect it backfires. Um It would have graphics similar to the 64 or in between. It would have less content than ssbb but still be a good handheld game.  

 They made it fit for N64.
