Metal Gear Solid would be worth the most in my opinion. Although without Hideo the brand's value would diminish, millions of people would still buy a game with Solid Snake/Metal Gear Solid on the cover.

I don't think Konami will sell their most important IP, even if they completely go mobile. It's the reason they fired Kojima after all (if the rumors are true).
