Whats back on PS console??? 

DQ Main games are all playable on WiiU/3DS though. Shouldn't WiiU have a port of PS4/PS3 DQXI?

what general consensus is new series of DQ usually come first on consoles exception for the 9th series (thanks to DS sales ), yes 3DS, DS, Wii, and Wii U have a fair share of port and remake.

Sure I think you guys will get DQXI in 10-20 years on whatever Nintendo handheld is being sold at that time, and I'm not joking when I say that lol.  It'll take that long for Nintendos handheld to handle a PS3 port. But if it's a PS4 only game, oh boy. They'll do a port or remake of the game. But for now I'm 100% sure it'll be a PlayStation exclusive. 

DQXI comes out at the earliest 2016, isnt Nintendo suppose to maybe release the next HH next year? It'll be close toor surpass Vita in specs and Vita can handle PS3 games finely. So there's that argument.

That said i do believe it'll be on ps4, in fact im more than certain it will be, but that still doesn't mean it cant be multiplat with WiiU or the Next gen HH. Again The fanbase for DQ like MH is definitely on both Sony/Nintedo platforms.

Well the Vita could hardly handle Borderlands 2 but it is possible, but I actually doubt it'll have specs around Vita or even more powerful than it. 

It won't be multiplat, Japanese developers don't do that. They just don't. Look at 3DS/Vita, how much multiplat games are there? Like 99% are exclusive to one platform. The consoles are not any different, look at Dragon Quest X, it's not on PS3/PS4. Look at Dragon Quest Heroes, it can handle the game yet it's not on Wii U. Look at Monster Hunter, it's either on PlayStation or Nintendo. That's just how Japanese developers are, I'm not sure why, maybe because of Sony and Nintendo but that's how they are.

Actually now that I think about it, it's most likely because of Sony and Nintendo.

If Final Fantasy can be Playstation/XBox multiplat, I think it's time for Dragon Quest to go the same way but

PS4/Nintendo NX multiplat.

There is no singular dominant platform left in Japan, and the NX portable (or whatever the successor to the 3DS is) will likely overtake the PS4's Japanese market base fairly quickly.

Wii U is dead in Japan, people just need to let that go, but NX is another ball game, especially if it is what a lot of people think it is (portable + home product hardware line that shares the same software ecosystem). 

Yet DQX a game that will be supported for over 10 years is only on Nintendo platforms and PC, I think you're not in tune with the reality of the market here, WW sales don't mean anything to DQ when 90% of its sales are in Japan look at DQVII's remake it's still Japan only desite the 3DS being the top selling platform WW this shows you that western sales are null and void as far as DQ goes. If anything SE will rely on FF and Eidos for WW.

As DQ goes if it's on consoles I can see it being multiplatform as the DQ fanbase is split across Wii U and PS4 and both consoles are struggling in Japan.

I believe the next DQ game will be on PS4, but unfortunately it won't be anything like DQ8. SE will likely make a game similar to DQ10.
