Edit: Ok saw the link in the OP, wow that would have been huge for them. Its costly but I'd like to see more devs adapt games from novels and other media as oppose to just blockbuster movies. Harry Potter's Universe can deliver some amazing gaming experience, I really hope someone delivers on it at some point

Updated with a link to the Nintendo/Harry Potter thing, in short Nintendo tried to get the game rights to Harry Potter, the dude also broke some other stories, I'll put links to those in the OP as well.

The Harry Potter story wasn't the only thing they've done and they have some credbility.

He also said no Sonic game at E3, a Skylanders game, he also said there is a Metroid game but not new and then retweeted a comment about it being a remake.

The Nintendo/Harry Potter thing is that Nintendo tried to get the license for Harry Potter games but ultimately EA ended up getting them.

And this should make for a nice holiday title.
