After the Phantom Dust cancellation, I can't trust Microsoft to do anything right regarding exclusives.

Has it been cancelled?

Funny ain't it?

Does this mean the 360 port of TR has been canceled? If so, yay!

That still doesn't change that Gears 3s credits clearly show that the team was clearly larger than 50 people.

Also I don't know what you're trying to suggest here, but 100 people for an AAA game that is likely supposed to come out after only 2 years in development (makes me honestly doubt this can even be ready next holiday season) is ridiculously small in todays industry and that is not only because of the engine. Halo 4s dev team was 200 people strong in the end (+150 contractors) for example, I don't see how Black Tusk could currently have any resources for another project, considering what they are tasked to do.

No one knows how long Gears 4 has been in development officially.

Gears also, is not a new IP, it doesn't have to go to drawing board to define its aesthetic (design, story and gameplay).

Before Rod joined the team, BT was tackling multiple projects, one of which was Microsoft Flight.

Can't imagine MS having anything new for 2015 or early 2016. Not when games like Scalebound and Crackdown 3 are announced with short CGI trailers and not heard about again for a year.

Regardless, it is empty PR talk.

Right. When was Forza Horizon 2 was announced and released?

Im loving what the one has to offer right now, but we'll see what MS has to offer at E3. It isn't far off.

You've been MIA man.

"don’t forget that Xbox One is the only place you can play the new Tomb Raider this year."

So, is the X360 version canceled? Or this guy got tangled in all his PR yarn-spinning.

Canceled seems the most logical thing. Only massive games like Fifa and COD have managed to sustain decent sales on last gen, Tomb Raider on 360 wouldn't pass the 500k mark if it was released this fall.

I am working a new job that has me working in 11 hr shifts. Its memorial day weekend so I have quite a bit of time on my side for the next three days. I just got the Witcher so hopefully I extract as much value as possible out of it during this break. I will be posting frequently during the weekend.

XB1 has the best games for 2015 and it's not even close. I still have exclusive games to finish from the holiday 2014. Then I picked up Ori and SOD, and KI keeps getting better, and I'm sure we will see KI season 3.

Also the rumored Joe Montana would be July or August.

Easy now big guy. If we ignore PS' superior multiplats and better indie support and only consider the announced retail exclusives launching in 2015 I agree that MS currently has the upper hand.

Though for your "It's not even close" to be true we'd have to ignore the retail exclusives Sony releases outside the holiday months and we'd also have to ignore that E3 will probably reveal a big PS4 exclusive (Gran Turismo 7/Uncharted Collection/The Last Guardian/other) launching before christmas. Sales wise it's a different case where Sony doesn't need to reveal a big exclusive for 2015 as exclusive marketing for Star Wars: Battlefront and Batman: Arkham Knight will outweigh Halo 5. I really hope they do though.

Ultimately it comes down to personal preferences but regarding the amount of retail exclusives in 2015 PS isn't that far off, is it?
