True. Luckily I have an xbone or else I'd be pissed. The wait for the game on other platforms with microsoft moneyhatting could be a long way. It's crazy how it managed to launch before uncharted 4 as well. It's funny how life works.

I only let Sony's moneyhatting go because capcom is in financial trouble and the game is being funded by them for actual development, but you have a point. I agree I'm in for all three consoles this gen as well. I see Sony publishing another brands franchise who cannot afford it's title development  as a moral grey area because with their financials I wouldve held back as well. This is why I couldn't really hate Nintendo for bayonetta 2. I'm actually pretty thankful now so when I get my wii u I can enjoy more bayonetta fun along with the mario goodness.

The real question is how long is it exclusive???? Cause if it's 6 months or more it might as well be full in my book... Never bought a game at retail 6 months later it's already history book news to me... I hate time exclusive (when they are not on my system of course)
So yeah anything 6 months exclusive on PS is like a full exclusive to me outside of arguing in forums or with friend cause unless it's the game of the century I will probably never by it and if I do it'll be heavily discounted when I hit a game drought or used...

Alienating most of your fans is bad enough but if both Square Enix and Xbox said it was timed, explicitly, from the first press release it would have been a little better. Or would it? It's a PR mess and I can not see enough people buying Xbox 1's too offset the negative PR this all got.
