Forums - Gaming - MGS V pushed back a month?

http://www.amazon.de/Metal-Gear-Solid-Phantom-PlayStation/dp/B00DC3EV16/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432211361&sr=8-1&keywords=phantom+pain

Apparently some guys got mails from Amazon.de that the game was pushed back as well.

if its just a month its no big deal.

Huh, that's interesting.

A month isn't too bad of a delay, though.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Not going to jump the gun until I hear a confirmation from Konami. As Kapi pointed out it could even be just the German version for censoring, or it could be an error...no point going crazy over something like this just yet!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Well listen here, if those dicks decide to censor the version in my country then they better make sure that I still get the game on time, I'm not waiting a month longer to get a butchered version of the game :D

Besides, as long as you can convince the FSK that the violence in your game isn't there for entertainment purposes but serves an important purpose in the games story/in what the game is trying to convey, then I think it's very much possible to get the game out uncensored here.

I'm sure that's true, and there's a good chance that the update is erroneous or will be something clarified later on. I'm merely making an observation and trying to think of what the reason behind it could be, is all.

I dunno whether or not you'd be able to convince people that some of the violence in MGS is justified, though...probably a little easier than in a good few games admittedly but it would still be an uphill battle.

Dunno, I mean Sony convinced them to at least leave TLOU's singleplayer untouched and the Order 1886 is uncensored as well.
