Just stick with raichu. And don't use Pachirisu, its a terrible Pokemon, don't like delphin's love fool you. Magnezone has more weaknesses, however it has more bulk but, raichu just seems like a better choice to me. A Pure electric type only has 1 weakness.

You just called Pachirisu terrible, so you just can't be taken seriously anymore.

Yea, no. There are many who call it terrible including chuggaaconroy. Its a bad Pokemon, you can like it, but that doesn't change the fact that it is outclassed by most other electric types.
