Recap for amiibo release dates:

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

"Yesterday we made mention of a listing found within Nintendo’s servers for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD."

"Another item found within the same server is for Super Mario Galaxy. Unlike Twilight Princess, this does lacks the “HD” term at the end. It’s listed twice – once for Japan, and again for Europe."

"Other Wii download listings on the server include The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Super Paper Mario, Metroid: Other M, Wario Land: Shake It, and Mario Strikers Charged."

It would just be a waste of resources.

The Yokai Watch demo is very smart. Game has a lot of cultural barriers to overcome, bizarre creature designs and all that. And it's muscling in on Pokemon's market, a market that has been dominated in the west almost solely by Pokemon. Giving people a free chance to try it out should help overcome all that.

Also, I am actually very interested in TP HD if it turns out to be real. Also, if it is, I think that we will probably get a Direct before the Holidays but no Zelda in it. And then they will have a big Zelda blowout at The Game Awards, showing both Zelda U and Twilight Princess HD. That would build the hype real fast.
