If so, that's really stupid. Why not just let everyone play any mode at any time? And why does it have to be ranked?

They didn't give any details about that, but yeah it's Tower Control only right now. Please understand.

That actually kind of makes me upset. I wish I had a choice in the matter...

As of now, Turf War is still my favorite mode. Thankfully I can play it anytime I want.

I guess if there is 2 rank modes, the waiting time will be much higher, and how Rank A might go with Rank B or Cs. But yeah, that really counters tha game having "more content".

They could have just made Splatzones into a normal one, not ranked.

Over a million people already have this game so wait times shouldn't be a big issue. This may have been planned while they thought the game would do no better than say Battalion Wars, but they can clearly see that's not the case now so these restrictions are no longer necessary.

And I still can't believe they haven't raised the level cap. Almost every player I see is level 20, and they still haven't updated it over a month later. I really don't understand, what are they even doing?

Sorry I'm complaining a lot, but I really feel like they are making very silly mistakes.
