The article gives no indication that the game is being localized.  In the article, it says, "Western audiences won't know for a while either way, because while Monster Hunter Stories launches in Japan next month, there is no word of a localized release."

On a side note, I think this confirms Dragon Ball Fusions is being localized as it is in the Gamestop database now.

Speaking of NX - and this has nothing to do about anything - i really hope Nintendo will finally had GC, Saturn and Dreamcast games to the Virtual Console. And bring back the Neo Geo games, btw!

Also about the NX, i saw the other day at Neogaf an image that showed how Nintendo could/would allow to rent NX instead of just buying it.
It was a nice concept and did bring back an old Iwata quote that said they wanted to change how they sold HW to people.
Renting isn't selling, of course, but something similar could happen: It could be that, as it happens with smartphones, Nintendo would allow people to purchase NX through monthly playments and not just paying 300-400 dollars/euros at once.
It could really be a good way to attract more costumers, specially those with lower income and have MS and Sony fans easily adopt NX as a secondary system.

Im a dubs over subs guy but I too would much prefer the orchestrated music
