Btw isnt this game suposed to be officialy called Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 5 or did they drop the Shin Megami Tensei from the title ?

The PS3 version is definitely not coming later since that games lead platform is the PS3 and the PS4 version is unfortunately just a port.

There's a possibility of Sony deciding to just not have Atlus bring over the PS3 version at all, like with DQH but I somehow doubt that'll happen.

I think it's going to be a simultaneous release.
