I'll go with hard but not impossible. You never know, they might do a crazy price cut or something. Under normal conditions I don't see another 1m month for the 3DS in the US though.

i found it unlikely but if it happen not by much

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
