Nice to see them in the black! Sucks they missed their forecast, but whatever. Hopefully they have something big to show at E3.
It's really Japan's sales that brought the Wii U down this past year, so it's good that some software is coming that should rectify that at least a little bit.

Not enough information. Look at the gap between shipped and sold. That's a pretty huge number, and they're going to sell far more than they ship.
Profitable again - ok
Read for price cut - great
Everything overtracked again - lol
It's good that they had a positive year. Unfortunately, it happened during a time where the best years (both in HW sales as in system sellers already out) of their consoles are over. From this point onward, it's just going down.
Bad decisions - even bad decisions carried over from one console to the other - caused them to basically waste a generation.
Another concerning point is how Wii U failed to meet it's target with it's best line-up so far (in terms of fiscal year, only). How are they going to meet their forecast when the remaining system seller is Zelda?
Even with a price cut, if they can't have a line-up as good as in the last fiscal year, i can't see it doing what MK8 did for Wii U, at least in the long run.
They better have something else planned or they will probably fail again to reach their projection.

Well, those are some interesting figures, especially compared to the ones on our charts. They missed their fiscal forecast for the Wii U, it seems, but not by much, about 10% is acceptable imo.
Sony still cant make any money with the AMAZING Ps4 but the wii u stiils makes nintendo aPROFIT U CAN SPin it all you want the truth is the TRUTH
Highlights.
Missed low target
ps4 shipments > WiiU + 3DS with spare
WiiU overtracked. Seems like ps4 hitted 50% marketshare then.
And about all the doom. We are hearing it for Sony over 7 years só don't complain about we discussing Nintendo bad hw sales.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."
