Forums - Nintendo - Super Smash Bros. Brawl smashes Nintendo Wi-Fi

Well said WoW.

The actual online service is excellent. Play a friend code match or 2. There is ZERO lag between players of good connections, even across the country. In fact, I'm stunned by how excellent online multiplayer has been. I expected it to be quite laggy outside of a thousand miles or so, but I've been pleasantly incorrect.

So because I posted this most of you attack me as if I just attacked nintendo. Im just reporting daily news.

mM

That really sucks, i hope Nintendo can get it fixed before too many people buy the game.

Apparently Too many people already bought the game ^^

@ Leo-J I don't think they are actually attacking you ...everyone just sick of see this topic. If you click page 2-3 there proably more of the same thing. This was also reported long ago when the japanese version came out and ppl needed to send in their wii ect .

^ Leo-j does tend to post topics that have already been posted once or twice. It's because he wants to be a mod me thinks.

Do you reckon all this will happen again with the Europe launch, and also is all off the people in the US playing online affecting the japs online play?

I haven't been able to play any random matches yet sadly. But then does Leo-j even have a Wii and does he realize how awesome the game is?

Its not me speaking in the article dude.

So what you are saying is you don't realize how awesome the game is.

Awesome? Not sure why you guys all excited for. SSBB is only fun with a few buddies, just like the original SSB on N64. Single player sucks, the multiplayer is always down. I honestly fail to see what's so awesome about SSBB... definetely the most over rated game ever. For me it's not better than SSB and barely better than SSB Melee. And I also like SSB's speed better - more strategy.

Yes, you clearly own the game...

Anyway, SSBB is much more fun with Friend Codes or local multiplayer. I've never even tried random, because I know I won't enjoy it as much as beating up on my friends and fellow VGC members, which has been amazing. I could play this game forever.

I didn't say I owned the game, did I?

I said what I think about the game and how I think it's way over rated, that's all.

Did you play it? If not, How do you come to that conclusion that it's overated?

Yes, played it at GDC, 4 player multiplayer was fun :) Also play at work with my Nintendo fanboy colleges ;)

There are entire colleges of Nintendo fanboys?  Dang.  I've been going to the wrong place it seems.  ;)

Anyhow, has there been any news of Nintendo working on a solution to this problem (I would like to assume they are)?

i think they will fix it but it will take some time
