I need a Mac for iOS development and I need the cheapest possible build cause I am po:

*Preferably laptop

*Must have OSX Snow Leopard or Higher, iOS SDK requirement.

*I'm focusing on Mobile Development so I don't think ram and cpu matter that much

*WiFi and USBs, but I don't need optical drive, vga, or hdmi(or w.e Apple uses)

What you've described is any MacBook built in the last 6 years. Just go get the cheapest option available, and you'll be fine.

Get a 11" or 13" macbook air.

How about the 500$ Mac Mini? It's the cheapest possible if new and it'll serve for iOS development. Is it development or porting though? For development it might be worth to invest more.

My condolences, after some 15 years, I was finally able to get rid of all the Macs in my line of work. ;)

Don't go cheap for commercial development work - money saved now will be more than lost by you wasting working time on boot time, compiling, testing etc. during the next few years.
