Forums - Gaming Discussion - Yooka Laylee Kickstarter is Live Now and Reached All Goals in 24 Hours (Banjo-Kazooie Spiritual Successor)

Wow, they are almost there. But it seems like backing this only gives us a PC-version so i won't back it

So that was what? 35mins or so for £175,000.
I can just imagine the smiles on all the developers faces right now.

And it's funded!

Grant Kirkhope is really great, but man that David Wise.....fucking amazing.

Wow, already 4,000 backers O.o

This'll reach its funding in less than a day.

AND its hit its funded goal of £ 175,000!

Damn that went fast.

Wait a sec, how long has it been, an hour or so?

I don't think i've seen a Kickstarter game be funded this quickly, and this has a pretty hefty budget if you compare the other games on there.

WOW! Gonna be 300k by the end of the day.

Hopefully with the higher goals they expand their team, so we can get it sooner rather then later, maybe also a more polished experience. Summer 2016 would be ideal, maybe a bit too optimistic though :p

They will expand their team to 15 men if the kickstarter succeeds.

If you pledge 15 pounds or more, you can get the console digital version.

Wow.... that didn't take long at all. I don't care though, by the time its out I should be able to afford all my gaming needs :D

I think it was like 35-36 minuets or so.

It made it to the goal. I'm curious where this will end up.
