It uses Direct X 12, obviously thats Xbox One and PC

Considering the cost they might have it on PS4 but idk how they can port it to Wii U or Last Gen without downgrades.

Well it's the same girl from Agni's Philosophy, so I have high hopes that it is FFXVI now that we see her again. While I'm excited for FFXV I would be 1,000 times more excited for this, if it were a game, because the entire concept presented in the Agni's Philosophy trailer was very, very interesting.

Well its a tech demo. At most, I think what might happen is FFXV might get ported to steam since they are working with dx12 + PC but apart from that, I doubt there is anything note worthy about this apart from the tech demo looks sick

When has a square tech demo ever turn into a full game? FF6 64 and FF7 PS3, then the last tech demo about their new graphics engine. Nothing. So no, it's not a game. It's showing off new tech, nothing more.

Its supposedly a PC tech demo and it is running on 4 Titan X graphics cards. I highly doubt that this was meant for consoles.

In the Square Enix survey following the original tech demo for Luminous, there was a question (which I do not remember the exact details of) that asked if people would want to see more of it. Since they bothered to render the character twice, it either means they didn't want to create a new character for tech demos, or that the results of the survey were not worst case scenario.
