Either way, Xbox owners still got to play it long before anyone else and now PC users will get a chance too. I don't see the issue.

Also I don't own an Xbox One currently at least, maybe I will in the future, but as long as games like Sunset Overdrive, Killer Instinct, etc stay exclusive i'm fine with Microsoft putting some games on PC like this, since I doubt D4 was a game that was pushing many consoles anyway. (I thought I read a while back that it sold terribly?) so in the end this is only good for the game since it will get more sales. The other exclusive games will already make enough sales on the Xbox One.

OT: Great news, game bombed on XBO and Swery really didnt want to be stuck on that platform. Maybe he can find success elsewhere.

As far as this topic goes. One TV Box can not hold the true awesomeness of this game. It must live on with the PC master race to preserve its legacy. Going PC from Xbone isn't a bad thing. Its like going to Heaven to be with God. It has served it's purpose among us simple men and now it must ascend to live in glory.
