I believe that there are religon nuts out there but still you people saying that we should lose the value of every day we have?
Without religon we have no hypothesis of why we are here.
Whats the point of any of us then?
Whats our purpose in life then?

So you mean we need a new religion to pacify the masses and let someone priests dictate how we live? No thanks. Religion requires "faith" in order to follow it. In order to have strong faith, one must close their mind to other possibilities to prevent doubt. It would destroy scientific, medical and technological progression. Let religion fade off til only smalls groups believe in it and let logic guide us into the future.

Thats the part that we need people to get their heads around.  But the truth is, people just don't like the answer so therefor just won't believe it.

Why does there have to be a point to any of us being here?  Why does there have to be a purpose?  

We only ask these questions because as humans, we got smart enough to ask them.

Does any other species on the planet think about these questions?  No, of course they don't.  They are born to survive and instincts and gradual learning teaches them how to do it.  

If humans never evolved the ability to communicate any better than other species have done, religion wouldn't exist, its as simple as that.

Assuming there's actually a 'reason' for why we're here, is considered self-centered, as you're basically assuming there's 'intent' behind the existence of the universe.  The universe works, without any such intent being injected into the mathematics of it all.

Who's to say there IS any 'point' to any of us then?  Ego?

Our purpose in life, is what we make of it.  Not what 2000 year old cave men, living in huts, who had no fundamental understanding of the laws of nature thought.

This, world would be a lot better without any religion.

I just question what we are suppose to do withour lives

In other words, you want to force ideals onto humans and make them to follow a fictional religion? Middle age 2.0 is what I'd call that.

Convince yourself that the idea of what death is like as the same as what not being born is like and you'll find that its not actually that scary a thought.  Then once you've shook hands with that idea, live the life you have got to the full.
