Any way, who have a PC for 12K? :P
My PC is lucky with the 1440p...

Shame both consoles couldn't reach 1080p, but i'm sure the game will look great either way.
Now, hopefully they can secure 720p 30fps on Wii U. If they get it up to 60fps I would be amazed.

The wii u yes, 360/PS3 no decision is a wierd one. It is unlikely to sell well on wii u and the 360 and PS3 could probably achieve a superior version to wii u. I know racing games are more about pushing graphics than cpu requirements normally (hence why the ps2 can delivery 1080i visuals in gran turismo) but as with Watchdogs the wii u lack of hard drive creates huge streaming data issues which the ps3 and 360 don't have. Not forgetting both ps3 and 360 have analogue triggers where as the wii u doesn't which is quite important in driving games.
I'm not expecting the wii u to achieve anything that probably hasn't already been achieved on 360 and PS3 in games like Gran Turismo and Forza. The wii u version will likely be heavily compromised.
Both the ps3 and 360 have far superior cpu resources to wii u.
Slightly Mad should use the graphic assets created for the wii u version for later 360 and PS3 versions. It's madness not to support those consoles if you are going to support the wii u. I suspect they may not want to compete with the big Gran Turismo and Forza franchises but I can imagine fans of both series appreciating what Project Cars has to offer.

Can I just tell you that the Wii U is superior to the PS360, and the fact that they managed to run Project CARS on the Wii U without compromizes unlike the PS360 shows that.
Plus, they promised a Wii U version while fundraising, so they have to make it for Wii U.

Forza Horizon 2 might be 1080p, but it's also only 30fps. Project Cars on the other hand is 900p/60fps. The latter is actually a higher performance rate (about a 39% pps increase in-fact).
A 1080p vs 900p for Project Cars would make sense though. Not only does it line up with what we've been seeing from the PS4 and X1 for months, but it's also in line with the linear GPU difference between the two (44% vs 40%).
Regardless, using exclusives as a reference point can be useful, but it's silly to base your expectations on them. Multi-plats (usually) get less optimization time per platform than an exclusive of those platforms would get. That's why the best looking games on a console are usually the exclusives; they are built specifically for that hardware and often by a team with years of focused knowledge of it.

12k? What's even the point of that? xD
Also, they had better announce SOMETHING about the Wii U version soon. After using the Wii U/Nintendo focused publications and fans to hype up the game before getting in bed with the big money at Bamco (and then subtly insulting the Wii U fanbase), they should at least have the decency to comment on the Wii U version's state and freaking show something. I mean, Fast Racing Neo has been delayed, but at least they still comment on its development and such. These guys? Nope. Nothing.

Maybe you have hit the nail on the head with that last comment and why they are commited to wii u. As for the wii u superiority most multi-format games perform better on 360 and ps3 compared to their wii u versions where available. Often better frame rates, sometimes more graphic detail and one or two with higher resolution on ps3 or 360. Check out digital foundry comparisons of various games. The wii u vs 360/PS3 is something like a snes vs megadrive comparison. The wii u may have a better gpu but both 360 and PS3 easily surpass wii u for cpu performance and as for the rest of the spec there is good and bad on both sides. Compare the the technically most impressive games of all 3 consoles and its an easy win for 360 and PS3. Perhaps that will change when X is released but that seems to be going through a series of downgrades before release so unsure how good that will look finally. Xenoblade Chronicles looked impressive on wii but then when you looked a bit closer a lot of it was quite low resolution even for a wii game.

I assume 12k is just the imaged projected straight into your brain or burned into your retina. That sounds excessive.
