I was late to the game and only bought Forza 5 in May 2014 and skip Forza Horizon 2 for now. But, I played the hell out of Forza 2 Horizon: fast and furious. I love both game but I'm also fealing franchise fatigue and I don't think Microsoft need Forza 6 this holiday, Forza franchise shouldn't really have a annualize release. I think this game would be much better received if they released later in late Q1 or Q2 2016. 

What do you think should Forza 6 skip Holiday 2015?

Nah...

They're not going to skip the Holiday 2015 and they shouldn't. Microsoft can completely dominate this holiday because of Sony and Nintendo's mismanagement and I see no reason why they should delay a game that might sell consoles and helps their holiday portfolio.

I'm ready for Forza 6 and hopefully it has enough content to replace Forza 4 as my main sim racer. Forza 5 was decent but it could have used at least two more tracks and 50 more cars especially a lot more race cars.

It's an alternating annualised franchise, so that means Q1 2016 is too late for Forza 6, because that would mean 2 Forza games in the same calendar year.

Except for Forza 5 the forza franchise is pretty good and it is not really releasing every year in the sense of they switch between horizon and motorsport. Forza 6 can be a bigstep up with a lot of tracks/cars but best of all including stuff like the weather update and extra's...

I'm guessing it will be released in earl October. Also I expect a pretty steady stream of new info about the game starting on May the 3rd which is the 10th anniversary of the franchise.

I guess Turn 10 is just a well oiled Forza producing machine, I was thinking Forza could help Q1 2016 due to lack of support during that period. I think because I have put in so much time in Forza 5 and the experience is still so fresh to me, I may not be the target audience for Forza 6. Forza 6 in Q4 2015 does make for one hell of a holiday lineup for Microsoft.
