Maybe not Spyro.....but the Skylander CEO has not opened his//her mouth yet, like Phil and the banjo phenomenon.
It's a relevant character in the history of videogames, but Crash never did anything for Nintendo systems/Nintendo fans. I'd rather have an actual character relevant to Nintendo systems.
Activision owns them.
What would putting your competitors past/current mascots into your fighting game gain you?, because I can't see Nintendo gaining anything other than royalties to pay, that's the opposite of a benefit.
Also not including the "free publicity/free sales" let's not make a promise you don't have the data to provide nor keep.
