Not exactly...
XB360 outsold Wii in November 2010, but Wii won December.
By a huge margin too... (500,000)

I'll say 3; October, November, December
MS is gonna throw some amazing deals like last year, especially with their flagship title releasing this year
October certainly, and probably november too. December depends. It's really hard to tell. For all we know, Sony might get super aggresive in the US.

October, November and December are the most likely I think. Halo, Tomb Raider, Forza 6 (?) along with good holiday deals should win those NPDs.

Sure but thats the Wii, it had a huge family following and thus big December sales make sense. Nintendo isn't really in the question this gen so the question is does Sony/MS sales change drastically between the two months. Maybe sony will release The Last Guardian in December :p

I disagree, but is true that in December the Nintendo console have a better boost than the other...
But still, if you see 2009, XB360 outsold PS3 in November, but PS3 won December.

Only october and november, they will only win december if they continue with the crazy deals they offer in october and november. I wonder how much the xbox one would be in this years black friday. The bundles last year were literally insane
November and December are wins for MS, unless Sony announces a price cut, then it will get hairy.
