A new Destiny console bundle with the current DLC and the rumored Comet DLC included would be fun to watch. And price it to compete with a Halo 5 bundle. I would of rathered liked to see Uncharted 4 this holiday, but it would be interesting to see if Sony would make a 2nd deal with activision, to take up the slack.

If people think exclusives are the primary reason people buy consoles they're wrong. Playing the new iteration of 3rd party games like FIFA, COD, etc. will compel way more gamers to get a next Gen console The deciding factor on which to get, either PS4 or xone, will be what their friends have.

Exclusives arent so important to the average gamer that spends no time on forums or reading up on games and simply plays the yearly iteration of his favourite sports/shooter game and GTA.

The real question is; do they have to do anything for the holidays?

I expect a price cut. Don't expect the price cut to be mentioned at E3. unless its a tiered HDD size, $349 500gb, $399 now with 1tb.

Sony will be fine. I'm sure E3 will have a big announcement for the holidays. Sony always has something up their sleeve.

I'm kind of curious to see if Sony's heard the feedback regarding announcing titles too long before their actual release date. That appears to be one of the larger complaints this gen, and given the lack of information about projects we know certain studios are working on, it just seems like they're trying to change their modus operandi in that regard.
