I can see it happening seeing as how both Shin Megami Tensei AND Fire Emblem have substantially bigger audiences at the moment than Xenoblade.

You're forgetting the fact that this game is being released on Wii U.

This game beating Xenoblade in Japan wouldn't surprise me given that Xenoblade has done kinda blah in Japan and the first did significantly stronger in the west.  So I could see this game being the opposite: fairly strong in Japan and just doing OK over here.  Though we'll see.  Hard to predict.

I'm laughing my ass off at peoples reactions to SMTxFE amazon entry, keep overreacting Nintendo fans, it's hilarious.

Is amazing how hatefull and salty this post is, I´m not impressed at all though.

Salty about what? That you guys keep jumping the gun? Yeah I'm really salty and hateful about that.

I´m just glad that a game that I´m interested in on a console that I own had a very good first day on Amazon, does that mean is gonna be a success? not really, but a WiiU strange experiment like this being nº1, nº9 (the bundle with the console) and nº 30 on the very first day is really the best first day I could imagine for this game, is the right way to start, so is not strange to have some hopes for the performance of the game, but you absolutely hate that as you usually hate everything related Nintedo, but specially their fans for some reason, and sometimes is just offensive.

Lol, I don't hate everything Nintendo for most of their software I'm just actively disinterested (except for Zelda, I love that), I do hate this game though (which I'll happily explain why if you want to know). I do dislike a lot of their fans, but even then it's only the idiotic ones.

And it's not my problem that a lot of Nintendo fans are so prone to jumping the gun, I mean seriously it's freaking Amazon in Japan, have we forgotten that this happened?
