Yes, my worst fear. The delay talks more about the team incompetence than a great future Zelda (imagining that the game is not Twilight Princess 2.0). Their highest priority must have been this new game rather than all those worthless remakes. Ocarina of Time was the more decent but it was already released years ago, even before Skyward Sword, a game that took 5 years to be released and can't have even an interconnected overworld.

This game actually Reminds me of Twilight Princess, which in the end looks like a clearly limited downgraded version of the original concept.

Sorry, but don`t games get delayed to become better products? Usually they don`t get downgraded, unless it`s in limbo, like Duke Nuke`em Forever or Diakatana. : /
