If Nintendo raised their third party popularity, I would endorse the Capcom purchase. If they cannot, then I cannot endorse it. Sony would probably be the only company I would endorse to buy them at this juncture.

I don't really see how the condition relates to the question. I'd be hoping for a 3d mega man revival on the wii-u. As it's last big title actually. I'd be really happy though if nintendo could get those developers and franchises, but was able to cut any executive that decides to dlc games to death, or to cancel projects like megaman legends. The best thing about capcom is it's ip. The worst is it's corporate decisions. i would have loved to buy street fight 4 last gen when it came out, but i knew capcom would dlc the s*#t out of it. I'm actually appalled to see how far it went. I'm probably going to buy ultra here in a few months. The game came out like 4 or 5 years ago and i'm just now finally buying the actual complete edition of it.
A little off topic, but i REALLY wish Nintendo would bring Comcept on as a 2nd party developer. I'm pretty bummed about caio. I was never going to play it because i don't do handheld gaming, but man, just like bravely default, i would have really appreciated it as a game.

Make a 100% Japanese console because I do NOT want western games at all (there is just the occasionally good western game IMO that does NOT put WOW-effect over gameplay and only those are good)

Like others have said, the Nintendo games would be the main reason to buy any Nintendo console.

Having Capcom games on the console would be a bonus, but not the reason to buy Nintendo's machine.
