Purpose:

A thread for people to post hate mail they received over PSN/XBOX Live/NN etc either to get off your chest, or so we can all laugh at it. If anyone has been hurt or put off by these messages, maybe posting it here can help us realize how inconsequential and downright pathetic it is. Share your stories! Inspired by Burning Typhoon's "What's the deal with people being jerks online?" thread.

Rules: Feel free to give context to your stories, but no names! Pics are accepted, but pls black out the names if you do post them.

I'll start!

This one is my favorite. Was playing COD4 on PS3 one day and came up against this fine young gentleman. Played a few close matches against him, within which I receive about 7 messages. I didn't check them right away because I usually flat out ignore messages from unknowns. Took a peak at them after the 3rd game and was quite amused. Keep in mind that these were all received within the space of 15 minutes and without me replying at all. I may have played the Sad Violin song through my headset however.

Usually the same for me but once in a while someone comes along who had no milk for their Nesquik

i got some of those let me find them and i will post them in a sec!.

Edit:  :/ oh men i had some really good ones, but my old PS3 died a long time ago and it seems that the messages dont carry over with your account, and since my old PS3 is dead i obviously cant access them, the weird stuff is that im sure i got a lot of other hate mail with my "new" PS3 but i cant find it and i dont remember ever deleting it... its a shame really, i had one of a dude that was really pissed off and his hate mail was really funny because of the excesive anger it had.
