Why is everyone saying SCEJ? Their latest games have been average (or below average).

He should create his own studio or go to Nintendo EAD because there he could create content that doesn't exist on a Nintendo platform. As long as he would get free reign at Nintendo. But knowing Nintendo... :p

Kojima could go to Sony but MGS will remain with Konami. I guess if that happens Silent Hills could still happen at wherever studio/company Kojima goes to. It'll probably be changed to something else as Silent Hill is owned by Konami. But that is if Guillermo del toro will agree.

Oh please, Bloodborne is made by From Software. That's like claiming Nintendo made Bayonetta 2 or Devil's Third (they worked together with Nintendo SPD)

Freedom Wars has 73% on metacritic, that's an average score. The other two games are indeed above average, but still nothing remarkable from the reviews I've seen.

@Bolded. Really? You're going there? I did expect you to say the metacritic score was average, but you clearly haven't played the game if you have to cite the meta score so aren't real in a position to pass comment.

Freedom Wars was a really good game.

Also, SCEJ are quite heavily involved in Bloodborne, as they were in titles like Freedom Wars even though Dimps etc are also credited developers. Marvelous were also involved in Soul Sacrifice, what's wrong with collaboration?

He's leaving to go work on a movie with Del Toro, or get to direct an episode of The Strain.

Because most of the work is done by the other studios if the credits are to be believed.

If Freedom Wars is such a good game then why are its sales and reviews lackluster? I could understand one of the two, but both?

Metacritic isn't a fact to determine the size of a console's library (read the comment I quoted). It isn't a fact for anything, but only a measurement.

Wish they move to SCE Japan Studio.
