Lots of people hated the New 3DS.
But the hate went down now.

Soooooo, im expecting it would happen the same with this NX. We just need more info.

But Good Job to Nintendo!!!! I think people should realize that the mobile gaming is just such a big and profitable market.

I am reading the games will be co-developed by both so, yeah, Nintendo is now making games for mobile. I'm curious as to which EAD team will move to mobile.

Not a single one. You honestly believe they're going to put teams that are a hundred men big on just mobiles lol?

So, you're just assuming based on the team size then?

Noob question; is 32% a lot in this context?

You don't dedicate big teams to shitty mobile games. That would cause a mass exodus of talent.

You won't like it, but Nintendo is here to stay in the dedicated hardware market. That's why they announced their next console already.

You can expect games like Pokémon shuffle and Sonic Runners.

King better prepare themselves because they're about to be wrecked. #NintenDomination

Tell that to King or Rovio.

And yes, Nintendo will remain in the dedicated hardware market, at least for the immediate future. Not sure about their next handheld though - are you confident there'll be a dedicated one?

They need big teams to make those bad games? Boy, they're even more talentless than I thought.

Anyway, I was talking about Nintendo. There's not much talent working at King or Ravio.

I'm happy with the news, the longer my favorite gaming company survives doing what it does best, the happier I am. The only concern I have is hopefully they don't make a game like All the Bravest.

I think you'll find as things rapidly change, that it's not enough for your favorite GAMES to live on, but they need to live on in a way that is recognizable to what you have known your whole life. Nintendo is quickly becoming the last true gaming company in the traditional sense. I think the moment they shift to some hyper modern company, selling only digital and streaming titles, is the day they lose their charm.

Gaming is as much ritual/sensory as it is actually playing games.

Idk. I'm not so sure Nintendo is going to release anything under $4.99. I would be shocked if they actually go the $.99 rout and without doing that, they're not going to pull in huge numbers. Even Apple has gone on record lately as saying that people aren't willing to go beyond that $.99 price point on mobile.

Jeez the total market value of Nintendo went up like 3.5 billion in a day? Its beyond ridiculous.
