Huge amount towns and villages with plenty of npc's. no more small villages/towns with only a dozen or so inhabitants, i want big areas with over 60 npc's in each with lots of houses, taverns, inns, shops and guilds just like the witcher and elder scroll series but in the style of loz with it's own weird and quirky character.

The thing I don't like about that is that bigger towns mean less memorable ones. I remember every single NPC in Windfall Island or Termina. I barely remember any from games like The Witcher or Skyrim.

I hope we get multiple towns with as much depth as the town in MM. Even if that means a lot less NPCs in each one.

Not every npc's has to be memorable, sometimes they are just there to create the illusion of a believable world. Skyward sword  is a game i like but one thing was a severe let down. That was the absence of any large town, it only had skyloft and that had only 20 or so people.

Why can't a zelda game have a metropolis like this.

My one biggest hope... the new Link is actually The Hero Of Time. Or, the game is at the end of any of the timelines.

...I mean... At least be realistic here. The new Link is very clearly not the Hero of Time. He doesn't look like the Hero of Time. He doesn't dress like the Hero of Time. He doesn't have the same horse as the hero of time.

"Disregarding all confirmed info..."

Puzzles up the wazoo, but really I'd love actual voice acting, I feel it's time fo the series to start doing more of that.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Compare Novigrad in the witcher 3 to skyloft, it completely dwarfs skyloft. I know it's on a far more powerful console but still the comparison is pretty pathetic.

I really hope nintendo make castle town a similar size to novigrad, that would be incredible. Castle town is the biggest town in hyrule and the seat of royal power so it has got to be big.

Again, I'd much rather have smaller towns where all the NPCs are memorable than a larger town where few are. Again, Termina is by far one of the best in-game towns in all of gaming. I don't understand why anyone would actively want to butcher that. I'd take 8 Terminas over 8 Novigrads anyday. Hyrule town in TP was big and sprawling, and suffered because of it.

It's gonna have to be voice acting. It's about time!
