There isn't going to be a Youkai Watch MMO. The statement said Youkai Watch 3 and a spin-off based on the Busters mode in the main game. Let's keep this facts only shall we.

Look at gameplay videos of Youkai Watch, it needs the touch screen or it isn't the same game anymore.

So apparently the next cross media franchise is most likely a PS4 game, NeoGAF is saying it was the one teased by Akihiro Hino during the White Knight Chronicles stream.
