This is a 100% correct statement. It does not refer to actual sales numbers, it just refers to whether any games above The Order exist on more than one platform. He might have meant (incorrectly) that The Order is the highest selling game on a single platform. But that's not what he wrote. So the sentence is technically correct, while what he probably meant to actually say was wrong.

Of course we do. But this is one time when 2nd language and hasty writing worked in his favour.
But on a semi-serious note, MM 3D definitely benefitted from the fact that, to all intents and purposes, the game does exist on N64, so there is a nostalgia factor at play. So the Order is the first game in the NPD software list that is on a single platform and has never been seen before on any other platform in any way shape or form. And that is a legit interpretation of etho's verbatim statement.
