It doesnt matter how she's doing it, sharing it with someone who is not meant to see it is still a breach of the contract. You don't threaten to continue doing what you did after getting caught red handed. No you stay the hell out of it, you don't need lengthy outro posts that the npd overlords are reading which hilariously threaten to do it more. Especially when your livelihood is on the line.  I don't believe what she wrote there.

Not necessarily. Though the fact she is saying "leak" implies it might be. She also may have cleared it with the Chase lawyers and management that if she shares numbers with a private audience in a way that is absolutely not possible for the general public to acces then that is technically not a breach of contract, so long as she does not share the full NPD report, or some such thing. Saying "leak" in the outro then is her salacious little twist, but not necessarily an admission of what she is caiming she'll do will breaking Chase's ND contract.

They never specified if this is XBO consoles sold, XB360 consoles sold, or XBO + XB360 consoles sold.  Seeing how they have combined XBO + XB360 sales together in the past, I think we shouldn't act so hastily with the 276k number...

No. They DID specify. They were referring to X1.

I think it's pretty obvious, considering they specifically mentioned X1's fan base without once mentioning 360, and with no mention of "Xbox family".

I think you can probably take that number to the bank.

This is a 100% correct statement. It does not refer to actual sales numbers, it just refers to whether any games above The Order exist on more than one platform. He might have meant (incorrectly) that The Order is the highest selling game on a single platform. But that's not what he wrote. So the sentence is technically correct, while what he probably meant to actually say was wrong. 

I didn't know you could play MM 3D on the N64. You can only play it on a single platform. ;)

It is a stretch I'll admit. But I reckon I'd win the argument in a court of law, as long as I stacked the jury with PS fans.

No they didn't.   Microsoft doesn't lie in their PR.  Its just PR and you have to read it as such.  You have to read it as they worte it.... not what you want it to mean.
