Forums - Sony - Should Sony stop advertising The Order?

I bet The Order can still sell a couple million. Also, this is likely a series Sony wants to continue.

Making the pretty game engine is the hard part, the sequel can focus on gameplay.

Everyone I know who actually played it thought it was a solid game. I decided a while back I was going to wait for a price cut to grab it, when it gets to 30$ or so I will make my decision lol

I agree with you, this series is not dead

Eh, Yes to some degree. Metacritic and reviews in general would not be around if there weren't people interested in it and they didn't have any impact on anything. Word of mouth is also very important. I'm not sure that The Order has great word of mouth, seems rather mixed.

The average gamer does not base their decision on metacritic. 10% of gamers at most actually care about Metacritic. (that is being VERY generous).

Though many average gamers will still stumble across reviews for a game... Maybe not Metacritic directly.

Current gaming platforms - Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, New 3DS, PC

Amazon + Metacritic = Guardians of the G̶a̶l̶a̶x̶y̶ Internet

Why? Its a great looking game and it really can't be as bad as the reviews make it sound as most of it was knitpicking.

I will be getting it on the cheap sometime. The world and story look interesting.

Where is everyone getting these sales statistics

Out of their holy entrance, apparently.

Well it's #38 best selling PS4 game, so it has to be selling something. It's sticking around longer than Evolve did, that's for sure.

It's their money, they should do what they want. It's not going to encourage me to buy it though and their adds for it are very annoying.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.
