I like the progression system for shops. (The more someone uses the armor of a specific shop, the higher the shop levels up.) It means a good stream of equipment can come in a style you like. It also will probably have a good feeling of connecting the player to NLA.

New shops also open up as if in real life to compete with your chosen brand, it's a very clever and immersive mechanic.

I did not catch that. but that's also pretty amazing! Looking at how long the scrolling bar was when the character was going through the gear is very exciting. Seems there will be PLENTY of gear to choose from. Seems like they are going all out in every aspect of the game. Also glad that there will be ability slots in the equipment. Depth, depth, and more depth. I love it. 

I like how they're dropping hints at the story throughout these vids. Also, I think I'll enjoy Tatsu more than Riki; several parts here made me laugh. And also, holy crap Lynlee can emote!

Yea. I guess that's one of the alien races that destroyed earth, at the end of the video. Maybe the climax will be about fighting those races again, not allowing them to destroy another home for the humans.

I can't wait until the alien feline people show up, they look badass in the previous trailer.
