Again undertracked ?

No, because The Order shot PS4 up to 500k. You'll see this next week. Oh yeah, thanks to The Order's great legs it followed that week up with another 300k consoles sold.

I'll be very shocked if this turns out to be the case.   A real slap in the face of haters.

Unfortunatetly I am not in the least bit serious.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Wow a sales juggernaut.

Such numbers with no big software or price cut, just might surpass the King.

Great job. It's quite undertracked here though

No it isn't. Current sales are 19.4M as of 14 Feb.

The Order should boost PS4 sales for 20 Feb close to 200K. So that puts PS4 at ~19.6M

Sales for 28 Feb should drop to about 150K. So that puts PS4 at 19.75M. Making VGC probaby ~450-475K behind. Or a little over 2% undertracked. And that is not too bad given VGC probably only directly tracks sales in 1/4 of those 123 countries. I give VGC's current PS4 tracking a B+.

Quite surprised at Sony announcing a 1 March sales figure. It will be nearly 2 months before we get the annual report, and no doubt there will be a LTD shipments number in there. That should be over 22 million, because in March PS4 should be very close to 21 million sell through.

So does that mean the 'PS4 won't go below 180K in 2015' prediction thread is still alive?

They announced March 3 figures last year... so looks like a trend.

But they adjusted their numbers to 18.5 million after Sony's last announcement. And if your calculations are correct they'll have said the PS4 sold 1.25 million consoles compared to 1.7 million. That's like over 26% undertracked for two months right?

Leave Wayne Gretzky out of this!
