1) Removing android from its phones!

Because Blackberry and Nokia are doing absolutely great, right? People want apps. Alternative OSs lack apps, what use does a smartphone with zero apps have?
You can even pay to get the top apps on your platform, but every people has their share of favorite apps and expect their next device to have all of them, not just some. Despite that, even the top apps suffer: usually their versions are inferior. Whatsapp on Android automatically adjusts any vido you try to send to fit their limits. On WP? Sorry, do it manually.
I already had Windows Phones and have a BB10 device. They are great. But they are worse than Android phones. Why? Because both WP and BB10 lack a lot of apps. The impression these devices always gave me is that, even being high-end ones, they do less stuff than mid/low-end Android devices.
The biggest flaw in your point is using the fact that their OS is on PS4/3/Vita/PSP as a plus. It isn't. These are gaming devices, people don't care if Vita doesn't have Whatsapp or if we can't use Skype on PS4. People buy these devices to play games, Sony is basically the market leader in gaming since 1994 and just has all 3rd party games. But smartphones are bought for apps and that's a different beast. Vita and PS4 have a lot of apps for gaming consoles, but having 20 apps isn't good for a mobile device.
