Yea, I could kind of agree with that, but I must also add that what Metal Gear Solid game hasn't been rated M?
Wasn't the Halo 3 360 a hot item despite Halo 3 being rated M?
This is the type of decision i love to see from the new Sony... Get rid of the arrogance and give the gamers what they want!
Sony must know that there has been a huge outcry for a PS3 with BC is Europe (UK) and if they do this bundle there, they are guaranteed to sell twice as many PS3's come launch!
GTA IV will sell millions despite being an M, however, if this is an 18 in the UK, it will probably be treated more seriously. Anyway, I think they should also do a ratchet bundle and a Drake bundle

No, I agree that it will still sell like hotcakes...I'm just saying it would be nice to have an 80 GB version available to younger audiences. Heck, I just saw a kid no more than 8 years old buying a ps3 at Gamestop with his mom the other day. Sure, most of the ps3 audience is older due to the price, but it would still be nice to cater to the younger crowd too.
Not a big deal, just something that would be nice.

MGS is always rated as a 15+ in UK (what age is M?)
Anyway, by this logic GTAIV is Doomed as GTA games are rated 18+
Anyone who is under 15 will most likely have their parents buy a PS3 for them anyway.
In the US, both GTA4 and MGS4 are rate M (17+)

Well, chances are a younger kid won't have a giant catalog of ps2 games that he'd want to play on his ps3, so a 40gb would be just fine.
I do agree that there should be an 80gb for the younger crowd, but in the end I don't think it will make much of a difference.

15+ isn't bad at all...in the US, you have to be 17+...hurts a lot of the teenage market on games like MGS, GoW, & DMC, etc.
(And yeah, you're right, most will just have somebody older buy it for them.)

the 80gb is not coming to the UK.
a) they don't need it, sales are great without it
b) releasing the 80gb ps3 after they announced NO MORE bc, will piss 40gb customers of royally.
c) if it was being released, it won't be the same 80gb that america is getting
