There's no reason to ignore Amiibo next gen.
Of course and they will support them even more than now.
No way they won't be. They are way too popular not to be a part of Nintendo's future plans.
I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

Im only afraid they construct the consoles arround amiibo. but if hey keep as it is, should be fine.
and also faceplate will be on next consoles, at least the handheld. It would include digital feature that he OS theme would change when you change the faceplate.

i realy hope we get white paintable faceplates from nintendo, would be awesome for modding.
As long as they continue to be successful nearing the end of this gen, yes. And I don't see why they wouldn't be.
